The SOIN event is used to get the send requests received using the SAPconnect Interface

This event could be used in the following scenarios:
Determine the send requests received using SAPconnect Interface
Monitor to determine if an important message has been received
Identify and alert based on the message subject/sender/receiver etc., which could be helpful for relevant business use cases
