Mandatory Information for PowerConnect Cloud Support Incidents

Collect the following logs from the PowerConnect Cloud servers:

From:
/opt/powerconnect/logs
â–ª powerconnect.log*

/opt/powerconnect/bin

  • nohup.out

 

For Cloud Foundry environments run the following command to get the logs:

cf logs powerconnect-cloud --recent

Where powerconnect-cloud is the name of the deployed app
