• Added input job skip count metric for monitoring purposes

• Added platform field to BTP Plugin inputs to distinguish Neo and Cloud Foundry data

Bug Fixes

• Added event_type and platform fields to API Management inputs

• Added event_type field to BTP inputs

• Under certain condititions checkpointed jobs can get stuck when running in a cluster and network connectivity is temporarily lost. Updated the job reaper to deal with this and remove orphan jobs
