KB 155 (ABAP): RFC-timeout: Dest [RFC Destination]

Description

Access the PowerConnect application using the /n/bnwvs/main transaction in the environment where PowreConnect is installed and click on the “View Log” button.

Enter the desired selection criteria and select the Filter button to display the log.

If you see the following error message in the PowerConnect application log “RFC-timeout: Dest [RFC Destination] (RFC Destination # #)” it indicates that the PowerConnect application was unable to access the server via RFC connection to extract the data. There is no action that can be taken to remove these errors from the log.
